I have owned several BMWs in the past but Austin was by far the best client advisor I have ever had. No pressure at all, very knowledgeable abut the product and went far out of his way to assist with all my needs and extra parts I wanted to get installed on my new X6M. Ask for Austin if you want the best car purchasing experience.

I took my car in for scheduled service after warranty expired. The SA was very unresponsive and did not meet my expectations. I had to wait 20 minutes with no response from the SA during check-in. I was running late for my business meetings and had to leave the dealership. I tried calling the SA multiple times and always got voicemail.
