It all started and ended with Nathan Moore. I was in contact with him about what I was looking for and he got back to me pretty quick with a car that was hitting my criteria. Newish, hybrid, Toyota. He found a car that met/exceeding my needs and things I didn't know I wanted! He was busy with other customers, but still manage to make me feel like I was being taken care of promptly. Had a not-so-good experience a number of years ago (2008 crashed my then new BMW) Needed an urgent repair done on my present (2015) BMW. Scheduled in for service department. Asked several times over a period of 4 days prior to coming in, to PLEASE CALL ME. Service Department would NOT call me. BUT - I started getting "Hounded" with numerous emails, text messages and calls from the SALES department, trying to sell me a new BMW! Work explained and accomplished in a timely manner. Service Rep Joe was very accomodating and explained work to do & done.
Not a great customer service at all for a luxury places; the salesperson seemed bothered and irritated with my questions.
