I had some issues with the service department recently for the repair work they've done on my car. I had to take it back in a few times for the same repair work that was done in the past. I am not disappointed with Kuni's technician who worked on my car On the other hand, their service manager's approach was professional and helpful.

This follows our post of December 5, in which we described a warranty coverage dispute. I gladly write today with an update that (a) the dispute with BMW-US was resolved through Kuni staffs' efforts and (b) the work performed by Kuni is certainly on par with what a dealership, like Kuni, ought to offer. In fact, the vehicle runs and performs significantly better and the repairs ultimately authorized should take care of the original head-design defects once and for all. Davie Sprigg was the person in sales that sold me a 328XI on 12/15/10 and hands down, he was the best car salesman I had ever had my entire life. No pressure, good price, gave me the best deal offered. He was very kind and explained out everything that I asked and treated me like I deserved a BMW!He even set up my phone through Bluetooth! This is my third BMW and is only one of many more to come over the years ahead. I first went to BMW looking to trade in an Acura Integra that had been broken into for the fourth time in my driveway and I had become fed up with trying to keep it from ultimately being stolen. I needed to tell about my awesome experience with Chan Saechao at KuniBMW. He took the time to talk to me and understood what I was looking for. Ge tiij tge tune ti abswer akk if ny questions and he really know his stuff. Everyone was friendly,the dealership is beautiful and I never felt out of place. I also enjoyed a fun test drive with Chan.

Pretty straight forward request for service. They confirmed my request by both voice and e-mail. Simple and convenient. Waiting for my service to be completed was comfortable as the numerous beverages, snacks and newspapers helped pass the time. Car was delivered on time and it was a nice touch to have the car vacuumed and washed prior to delivery.

Great customer services and freiendly staff. My overall experience was very positive,and the price was right for the vehicle. This dealer is on time with servieces and will provide you with any infor you need. They also have great refreshmeent to compiment their customers.I give this dealer a good rating because of the positive experiences.

We were treated very well at Kuni BMW. Chan was very good to work with, no pressure, professional, knowledgeable and we were able to work out an acceptable price without any hassle. Ed Martin was professional and processed our paperwork quickly with no surprises. We were impressed at the overall friendliness of everyone we were in contact with at the dealership. The young men that prepared our car for delivery had a friendlt attitude.

I have a long relationship with Kuni BMW and have always worked with Gary Mills in Service and Jeff Gunter in Parts. One HUGE benefit of working with Kuni is the low turnover! In the past 5 years that I've been going to Kuni, I've never once had to switch service advisors due to turnover. I can't say the same for the Mercedes Benz Dealership! In addition to seeing the same faces there everytime I go in, they always have a great attitude and work hard to get my BMW serviced quickly and back on the road.
