I purchased a BMW 528i from Kuni. I usually never go directly to a dealer to buy a car and prefer to go through a broker due to past experiences. I have to say everybody at Kuni was professional and actually listened to what I wanted instead of pushing their agenda. Bottom line, I bought a car even after talking to a broker for the last month. Kuni gave me a fair price for my trade-in which made the transaction very convenient (I didn't have to sell my car first). I might have saved a few dollars if I had gone through my bro... read more

We were very impressed with Greg. He is very professional and easy to work with. We look forward to buying cars from him in the future. We like this delership so much we can't imagine buying a car anywhere else. This is the second car we have purchased from Kuni.

I bought a 535xi from Chan, the internal mgr, and Steven, the rep who showed me the car. Both are easy to work with, they are honest and professional saleperson. I changed my mind with regard to which particular car/price/options I want, and they supported me going through all the hassles, troubles, and time consuming process, and helped me to eventually land to a almost-perfect-for-me new vehicle that has only 7 miles on it. Greg helped me to solve a real challenge. He was professional and got me what I needed and wanted. Mylee Gunderson was also very helpful in the finance department. All in all I had a wonderful experience at Kuni BMW! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality car and a service department that is second to none.

SO pleased by my experience at Kuni BMW. It felt like the entire organization was there to service just me. I dealt with many people through the process of leasing a 2011 328i, and was delighted by everyone. I just followed up and dropped something off there today, a week after I got the car, and they offered to wash it for me while I helped myself to a latte in their lobby. I initially called my Costco Branch to find out if there was a BMW Dealer that belonged to the Costco Auto Program. They referred me to Kuni BMW. I went to their website and filled out a short form and was told I'd be contacted shortly by a representative. Chan Saechow was my first contact with BMW. I had a leased vehicle with 4 more months to go on the lease. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Kuni BMW. I worked directly with Chan Saechao - Internet Sales Manager. Chan was very responsive and up front about the minor issue the vehicle had before I purchased it. I would not hesitate to work with Chan and Mylee Gunderson in the finance deptartment again.

Exceptional in every step of the way. Superior customer service. Highly recomend. From the moment I called The friendly recpionist Delana,suggested Emily, the sales lady could help me. Emily was amazing and still is helpful even after the sale. Dave the Manager helped throughout the sale because we live 275 miles away and did the sale over the phone. An A plus experience.
