Kuni is always a great place to visit. The service advisors are always nice, the dealership is always clean, and love the coffee machine and snacks. Shout out to Joel for being great, very knowledgeable, kept me in the loop, and helpful . . . and car was done early!
A well organized dealership with skilled and efficient staff. The waiting room is comfortable and located adjacent to the well stocked show room. Service work is digitally photographed and transmitted to your cell phone.
Andra was fantastic. Based on our experience with her we would definitely buy another vehicle from Kuni BMW and would recommend it to friends and family.
Priscilla did an outstanding job to make the experience pleasant and efficient. Overall she did an excellent job of keeping me informed me about the status of repairs and needs for service.
My service advisor, Joe Selander, is exceptional. He listened to my concerns and each was addressed by the service department - including clearing the fault codes. Whether or not it was the fault codes, my car drives better than when I bought it. Its horrible on-center directional stability and steering weight was addressed and has completely transformed the vehicle to what now feels like a proper M-series BMW.
