"Classy" Kind and efficient service. Very informative of the whole repair process. The loaner car process was seamless. I’m sorry I forgot the names of some of the other service staff but they all work together to make sure the customer is satisfied. I would highly recommend

"Courteous and Thorough " Made suggestions to save me money. Also, fixed a rattle/vibration in the dash area that was difficult to assess. Service took 2 days and Audra kept me informed on the status of the service.
"Beyond Expectations......" We had a very positive experience at Kuni BMW. From our greeter/genius, Adam to our salesman, Steve and finally finance whiz, Beni, we could not be happier with the way we were helped. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. "Prompt friendly service. " Everything was done as promised and completed on time. Issue was under warranty so there was no charge. Great phone communication. The loaner vehicle was gorgeous!
"Service" The advisor was helpful and respond quickly to my request and appointment at my convenience. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. The new GM came out to greet me and offered English shortbread cookie, quite a beautiful gesture.
"On time installation of 4 new Michelin x3 tires" Priscilla, the BMW Advisor delivered. She was able to complete the job as agreed, and she was very nice, helping me carry one of my bags as I transfer them from one vehicle to another. She also made sure I got the answer to my question regarding how I can add Apple car play into my 2017. She said that I simply have to go to "Connected Drive" stored in my X3 menu and purchase the upgrade for about $300. I have not done in yet, but I would be in a few days. "Good customer service, service advisor was great" My service advisor Grant was very friendly and helpful. He was very prompt in answering my questions. My only complaint for this service was the fact that my car was still very dirty after being washed. Additionally, inside my car on the driver side, there was a puddle of dirty water by the gas pedals. Very disappointed because I expected a lot more from BMW.
"Kimi BMW" Chris was very knowledgeable and forthright in taking the work order; he knows very much what he is doing, and made good recommendations for me. Pricilla did a great job of closing out the work order; she got us exactly what we wanted.
