Everything we agreed upon on the phone stayed the same. Exceptional price and great people to deal with. We loved the fact the it was a no pressure experience. Before buying from Kuni BMW we left a previous dealership with a very sour taste. Even though we were not buying new we felt we were treated with respect and had fun with the whole car buying experience.
Worked with Dave Fernando as my service advisor. He secured me a loaner and took care of checking me in quickly and out the door with the loaner. Overall great service, they worked with me in picking up my car the next day so I wouldn't have to worry about going back in traffic on a Friday afternoon!
We were able to buy our leased car for a great price and the transaction was super easy! We have purchased several cars at Kuni BMW and will continue to do so.
