Ezxellent service. .Ezcellent customer service, providing feedback on service and loaner vehicle. Vehicle was ready when they said it was. Excellent all around and customer focused.
The staff made every attempt to repair my tire in a timely manner. They were professional and considerate of the expenses involved. They also suggested that I have my regular service performed while the car was there!

Service staff immediately meets you at your car, inside a carport/tunnel area. Very friendly service, very clean waiting area. The service was going to take over a few hours, so they offered a loaner car. They called to update me on the progress, and called immediately upon finishing. They were very flexible with the pickup time. Car was vacuumed and washed, and ready to go when I arrived. Fantastic!
If you walk into this dealership to buy or lease a car , just say one thing to the receptionist: I'd like to see Mike Baggs please . We've done 3 BMW 5-series deals with Mike. no one is more knowledgeable or professional.
I was very impressed with the "tire genius" . He was very informative and helpful when I was unlucky enough to have gotten not one, not two, but three different screws in three different tires! The service was done quickly and professionally.
Jacob L. was professional, courteous, responsive, transparent, respectful. I appreciated his answering so many questions from me!
