Excellent experience with Mike Baggs as usual. Aundra was fantastic and clearly a strong believer in the BMW. We love our new M550, beautiful car.
Scheduled maintenance and a few minor things like a key battery, car was ready in not time and it was a seedless pickup and swap out from my loaner BMW to my BMW
I bought my X3 with Mike Baggs a few years ago and had a pleasant experience with him. I was interested in trading it in and getting something different so I asked for Mike again. He wasn't in so his assistant, Scott, helped me. We went out did a test drive and he was accommodating. Steve Cho is an excellent guy to work with. He tries his best to give the best deal. Overall, the Kuni BMW dealership is really nice place to spend time for quick service, they have comfortable lounge with coffee and refreshment and high speed internet. Also they are very quick about getting you a loaner car or shuttle ride back and forth.
Matt did an exceptional job of expediting a tire repair (replaced a punctured run flat tire) with no appointment and a very busy service center. Thanks to Matt and the Kuni service team, I was back on the road in no time at all.
David, my service representative, was great! He had my car diagnosed, gave me a price to repair, and did not hit me with any surprises when it came time to pay the bill, even though there were some unexpected issues that arose.
