My experience at North west was very proactive. The BMW advisor (Carletta) kept my concerrns in focus. The vehicle was thought to be certified pre own due to a error on there sight but went the extra mile to make my experience awsome. N.W. BMW has the best customer service around. The sales, and especially the service department is very much courteous, attentive, responsive and engaged to each and every customer. Purchasing a Certified Used BWM 750 LI was an easy and wonderful experience. Carletta Floyd and Eric Lowery contributed to selling me the car of my dreams at the price I wanted. Sales and Finance teams were excellent. Carletta and Eric answered my myriad of questions and provided me with all the documentation I had asked for.
I purchased a CPO BMW from this dealership last month. The sale was smooth and the pricing was fair. they even offered more for my trade than I expected. After the sale, I've had a few issues. One issue is that I had to come back 3 separate times to resign paperwork due to mistakes on the paperwork. I was shown a CarFax report when purchasing the vehicle, but not provided a copy of the report to keep. I called, but have not yet received a response in over a week. I had been to 2 other dealerships looking for a similar BMW and Northwest was the most friendly nonpushing and willing to work in my budget. On the Test drive he told me to drive the vehicle like I do normally because it is an investment you will be driving for a while and make sure you like how it handles for your specific style of driving.
