Great service helped me find a car I would be happy with. Very patient. Took a few weeks for me to find what I wanted but it all worked out and I'm happy with my purchase.
This was my first experience with NW BMW and Ms. Jackson made it an easy transition. She was friendly and professional and this made my transition very easy.

Took my car in for the fall service check up. Ms. Jackson greeted me upon arrival and her service was exemplary. This was my 1st visit since the remodel, its now comparable to Towson.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the sells person. There was no pressure felt and I felt I received a far price for the vehicle purchased. I do feel however, that I should have gotten a better rate based on my Good credit. Sarah

I needed a new rim and was promised it would be there and installed while I waited. I found out part was not in and was given a beautiful X1 for two days while car was being tended to. Picked up my car and it was washed and vacuumed and I felt like I was getting in a new car. The personnel made me feel very special. Quite impressed!! They made the most of what could have been a very inconvenient experience.
