I just leased BMW X3 at Northwest BMW. Having been two other dealers over a period of couple of months, I was skeptical of the sales people. However, at Northwest after meeting with Ken Hobbs, I felt he is down to earth and is a very sincere individual. Northwest BMW was the 2nd dealer I had visited. Ordering and buying a car from Kenny was a great experience. He answered my emails quickly, was always ready at the times we agreed to meet and is very knowledgable about the cars hes selling. Kenny was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and made my experience better than I could have imagined. He made a complicated buying/leasing process (2 cars, 2 separate states) simple. He followed up when he said he would, explained details in an easy to understand way, did everything I asked, and in the process won a customer for life. I couldn't be happier.

The entire team at Northwest BMW, especilly Ken Hobbs, George Borkowitz and Joy Chilcoat, went out of their way to expedite the delivery of a new 435xi on a Saturday afternoon. The sale and documentation was seemless. Everything was set up including transfer of Sirius Radio. Ken stayed with me after the dealership had closed to ensure that everything was working to my satisfaction. This is a group of people who go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. My car purchasing experience with Northwest BMW with Melvin Bey was fantastic! The sale was completed in 15 minutes, with unnecessary bartering and hassling and I got an excellent price on the vehicle! The financing and approval process was completed in 15 minutes and I got an excellent rate.
