The rating I gave was based on the recent purchase and delivery of a new 2014 BMW 535i. I have purchased 3 other BMW's from other local dealers and they cannot compare to the level of customer service that Northwest BMW and Tyrone Greene bring to the table. I initially dropped in for some advice regarding my car situation. I needed to get into a new vehicle but faced certain challenges regarding my credit situation. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Melvin made me feel like a million bucks. I honestly didn't think I'd be leaving in a new BMW less than a week later.
I have bought three cars from this dealership and they are always cordial, friendly and all of their service is great. Mel Bey is an exceptional salesman. He takes his time and explains all the details of the vehicle, very patient and recommendations were great.
Why? - Because Tyrone and his team were the most friendly and professional dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Andrew Nass was so personable, respectful. He was compassionate. I explained that I wanted to buy a fun car and to sell my brand new car that I had just leased 3 months before - because I had leased the car for my husband who had recently died. Andrew was so nice, that when it appeared that he didn't have the car I wanted in stock and I left the dealership, I was sad because I really wanted to buy a car from him. Overall, a great experience. Buying a new car can be stressful, but Melvin made the process enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Melvin worked hard to answer all of my questions and find me exactly what I was looking for. Definitely an "A+".
Way better experience than Passport BMW which is more conveinent to my residence but service, flexibility, outrageous prices etc. puts them way below Northwest. Total opposit experience with Northwest. Wish I could have recommended my best friend to purchase her car there before she bought the 2013 convertible from Passport. Wish Tyrone could have gotten her commission. Three thumbs up to Norhwest :-)
