Best assistance EVER I experienced an emergency with my vehicle! Was stranded in Biltmore Village, storms approaching! Norman quickly arranged for a tow into the dealership ---then saw to it my repairs were done quickly. Since we have a family illness having my car useful is of the upmost importance ---and Norman saw to that. Great Service! Appointment time fit very well. Waited for car; it was done ahead of schooled time. Norman explained what was to be done and what was done; it fixed the problem. I know I will always get expert, timely service and would not think of taking my cars elsewhere.
Excellent service and sales departments BMW of Asheville is an outstanding dealership and service center. I began by having my older 5-series BMW serviced there and was so impressed, I bought my next car there. Simply....A GREAT Experience My wife was interested in a Pre-Owned BMW at BMW of Asheville. She made contact with Chris Slagle and spoke with him regarding the actual condition of the vehicle since we wanted an accurate description before driving 2+ hours from Knoxville, TN. Chris was courteous, informative, and prompt, not to mention he described the vehicle in full detail and assured my wife that it had never been smoked in (which was important due to her severe allergies). Exceptional Service During an overnight stop in Asheville on a trip from Ohio to South Carolina my right front tire was punctured. The closest BMW dealership was BMW of Asheville and Norman Locey scheduled me for service within a few hours of my call. I was extremely impressed with Norman's helpful, courteous assurance that he could replace my Run Flat Tire under the warranty coverage. "Going the extra mile" I have driven nothing but a 5-series BMW since 1984 and when it is time tio get another car, I dread having to go thru the buying experience. I recently purchased a pre-Owned BMW at BMW of Asheville from Joshua Kem and I have to say I have a new outlook on the buying process.
