Executive Director Joel Ruff was extremely helpful in guiding me on my next BMW purchase. He was knowledgeable about the product and had immense patience as I compared several BMW models and compared buying verses leasing. It was a great experience.
GO SEE CHRISTINA AT BMW OF ASHEVILLE! I have mixed reviews of this place. BMW offers an airport pickup service for past customers as a courtesy. Upon arriving from out of town there was an issue in finding my car, brought on by a careless sales or service guy. Fantastic overall car buying experience Our experience working with BMW of Asheville was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. A Fantastic Dealer Experience I have purchased 2 vehicles form BMW of Asheville over the years and both experiences have been stellar. I am the type that researched in advance and knows the market value and current market conditions of both the vehicle I am purchasing as well as my trade. wanted an SUV Joel Ruff was fabulous! Gave me wonderful advice - especially on tires and wheels due to type of road I drive. Set me up with a wonderful experience at BMW Plant and provided driver there! Always answered my many phone calls right away. I love my car! Excellent Deal on 2019 X3 I was looking for a replacement for my 4 year old Porsche Macan Turbo. I considered a new Porsche (way too expensive now), a Mercedes AMG 43, a Jaguar I Pace, a Range Rover Velar, and an Audi SQ5. I decided against the Jaguar and Range Rover as too expensive and perhaps not as reliable as the others. Mercedes and Audi did not have any of my preferred models in stock.
