Great Service Again Took my 2013 BMW 335I in for the annual service. Easy to make convenient appointment, prompt attention by Service Adviser Norman Locey, took my car in early, completed on time which included a car wash. Everything done as promised. Several follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied. Great dealer concerned with customer service.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE Extraordinary experience at this dealership, particularly with Jack Cummins, the individual who handled the sale from soup to nuts. It was a quite easy process for my wife and I, from selecting the X3 to closing the transaction. Can not say enough positive things about Jack. It was one of the few actual pleasant experiences when it came to buying a car. Jack carried the banner for BMW of Asheville, and we could not have been happier with our experience....!!

'12 128i Norman and the entire service team were great to work with. Oil change and scheduled maintenance were completed in good time, and I was able to use a loaner vehicle to get some errands done while they worked.

Service! BMW of Asheville is a great place to take your bimmer for service, The service manager Norman was able to service and diagnose my vehicle in a very short amount of time. I would recommend them to anyone.

The BEST of the BEST, BMW of Asheville!!! Norman was so professional and courteous from the time I called and made the appointment to have my car serviced til I walked out of the dealership after having it serviced. He provided thorough explanations on what services were to be performed and the estimated time for completion. The service was completed 15 minutes before the estimated time and Norman came and went over the service form with me. He is a great asset to BMW of Asheville!!! I will be back...

BMW cars are great, so is BMW of Asheville! We have been a customer of BMW of Asheville for many years, and have always found them to be honest, eager to fulfill our wishes and to help with any decisions we have had to make. Both Norman Locey and Joel Ruff have been our service representatives over the past years, and both have proven to be knowledgeable, understanding and truly professional. It is a privilege to be able to own and drive these cars, and to be served by this reputable company!

Great experience! Scheduled my x5's very first checkup with Norm. He was extremely accommodating (had to change dates a couple of times due to weather/sickness) and easy to work with. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted and handed off to Norm who, within minutes, had us on our way in the loaner we had requested. Upon our return, he kept us updated on the status until everything he said would be done, was done. This was a most pleasant experience, and I look forward to working with Norm on future visits!

Excellent service done quickly. Norm told me when to arrive at the dealership for the appointment. He then told me it would take about 30 to complete the service (an inspection). In less than 15 minutes from the time I got a cup of coffee, Norm arrived to tell me the car was ready. Amazing.
