My friend Norm Shannon, Good morning! Norman is the best... My wife and I just drove down to Charleston. As we were driving, I mentioned how nice it was to have the same guy, Norman taking care of me the six / seven years we've lived in Asheville. We're from Dallas. Wonderful experience yet again! Took our Z4 in for its routine service, and worked with Norman. Everyone Should Own A BMW My husband and I have purchased two BMW's from this dealership. That alone says they must be doing something right!
