Norman Locey Norman is my Service Advisor when I require service on my two BMWs. It is Maleah's easy to schedule appointments when I need them. He understands my problems and makes sure they are corrected. When the work is conplete he explains in detail the work that has been done He is a real professional! I could not ask for better service!

Outstanding Service!!! We recently leased an X5 at BMW Asheville. Our salesperson was Javier Escobar. He was quite simply the best salesperson we've ever had! Stellar Dealership My primary contacts are Norm (service) and Javier (sales). Between the two of them I have been very satisfied with their support. We often leave our X-3 there when we travel from the Asheville Airport, and it is a wonderful perk. Jessica is always helpful is setting it up.
