Always outstanding BMW of Asheville does an outstanding job full circle. They do what they say they will do. I thought I was special in that they take such good care of my needs but everyone I talk to has the same story. It is reassuring to know that all I have to do is call and whatever it is will be be taken care of. Thank you.

Norman makes a difference! My last three cars have been purchased and serviced exclusively at BMW of Asheville – dating back to 2003. I have had a positive experience with each and every interaction. On my visit last week, for a factory recall repair, Norman managed to exceed my expectations – yet again. Upon my return to the dealership to pick up my car, he saw me coming and met me outside with the keys to my car. This is just one small example of the "difference-maker" that Norman is!

High compliments to BMW of Asheville I have been a customer of the Service Department of BMW of Asheville since 2007. Each and every time I need help, Norman Locey has been exceptional with his comprehensive knowledge, prompt analysis, and excellent follow through getting the car properly serviced and returned to me as quickly as possible. No Peers Every blue moon you find a dealership that delivers a high level of service, overall great experience, and on going appreciation to their customers. What an Amazing Experience at BMW of Asheville We had been thinking about buying a new (to us) BMW for awhile now and made an appointment with Javier Escobar to look at our options. Service on BMW was great! I chose Asheville BMW to service my BMW; Norman Locey is my service advisor. He is prompt, informative, and very professional. I have been there three times in the last year and each visit is very good and I feel comfortable taking my car there.
