Oustanding Service Department I have not purchased from BMW of Asheville, but I have been using the service department at this dealership for more than 10 years. They have reliably serviced 3 BMWs for me, including an M series. Norman has always been very informative and friendly and communication back and forth is very good. The work is always done in the promised time-frame, I appreciate that they do an excellent job cleaning the vehicle after the work has been completed. Amazing Car Buying and Financial Service Jack Cummins was my client advisor. We conducted business entirely by phone. We immediately connected. I was nervous buying a car site unseen, but Jack made everything easy. He even drove the car to personally check it all out. Jack handled all the details and the car was delivered to me. Chris Slagle in the Finance Department was also amazing. I can not wait to visit Ashville to meet the guys personally.

Very Good Experience! I'm normally not one to write reviews, but had to take a few minutes to tell of our experience with Jack Cummins of the BMW of Asheville dealership. From the first time I made contact with Jack, he was engaging, friendly, professional and above all very thorough. I was so impressed with him that my family and I drove 4 hours to buy a used Lexus from a BMW dealership. BMW of Asheville and Customer Service I don't normally write reviews, that's not right; when a service provider does an outstanding job, we should say so as we certainly are more inclined to tell the world when they do NOT. Service that means something My wife and I have been dealing with Asheville BMW for many years. If you need service on your car there is no one else to go to but Norman Locey, Service Advisor extrordinair! The man can, and does, do it all. There can't be a more knowledgeable and helpful service advisor than Norm. Go see him and you will thank me forever.

Great Service We purchased a 2012 Infiniti QX56 from Woody. We found the vehicle online and after a few emails we made the 8 hour round trip to see it. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean and the vehicle was everything he discribed and more. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend Woody and the staff at BMW of Ashville.
