Bob's great! Management is nothing special. Bob sold me my 2020 X5 M50i and was very easy to work with and got me the answers I needed quickly. Would definitely work with Bob again! Management on the other hand made sure to bend me over for everything they could on my perfect condition trade in even after they had offered me $1,000 more the just a few weeks before the day I picked up my X5. Disappointing that a good sales experience had to be tainted by that. Something I'll remember when going to buy my next vehicle.

Awesome Car Buying Experience Although this was my first Mazda purchase experience my fiancee recommended BMW and Mazda of Crystal Lake to me. She had bought two cars from them and they have not disappointed. Knowledgeable, courteous treatment all thru the car buying process.
Conscientious dealership My experience with Anderson BMW was very positive . I purchased the car that I wanted and Ellen, A new sales representative provided me with all the data I needed to make the purchase. The employees were friendly and courteous However my only disappointment was that my trade in amount was not what I expected.
Great experience I returned my BMW 5 Series here at end of lease, and leased an X5. The price is lower than that of two other BMW dealerships. Derek and Heather treated me really well, and the whole process, both return of my old BMW and lease of my new C5, went on really smoothly and pleasant. Their GM also came to me a couple of times, introduced himself and offer to help if needed. It's both professional and personal. I would rate my experience and this dealership a solid 10.

Very relaxed/enjoyable experience! Jordan make the car buying experience enjoyable from the beginning! He greeted us immediately and asked how he could help. He was not pushy. Very knowledgeable about the cars - happy to answer any questions, and if he didn't know he found the answer. He was even so nice as to good pick up another car from Anderson Volkswagen for my friend to test drive. Ask for Jordan if you go to BMW and you will actually enjoy buying a car!
