Fantastic and easy!! Tyler and Rich were the best!! It is my first car and we went in to see what your dealership had to offer for a good price! Tyler came right out and was the coolest dude ever. World Class Sales Service Bob Miller at BMW Mazda of Crystal Lake is a true passionate and very knowledgeable salesperson.
