The Best! The is a BMW / Mazda dealership so it was great to fine folks as knowledgeable in the Mazda product line as well as BMW. A Miata kindred spirit was what I was looking for and a kindred spirit is what I found. Thanks for making it pleasant and effortless.
New Mazda I went to this dealership to get an oil change for my Mazda and I left the dealership with a new Mazda. I was looking for some info regarding a possible trade for a new vehicle and ended up getting such an excellent service from Jordan that I decided to purchase the vehicle on the spot. The whole process was smooth and without any pressure. Jordan was professional and helpful all the way. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great pre-owned purchase experience! I purchased a pre-owned vehicle (non-BMW) from BMW of Crystal Lake and worked with Tyler and Derek. I drove the vehicle a few hundred miles a couple of days after the purchase and noticed a loud noise which was a bad front right wheel bearing. The repair was performed at a different dealer, and Derek agreed to work with me, and offer assistance on the repair. Good experience.
