Just purchased my second BMW from Passport BMW. I can honestly say this place is second to none in the buying experience. I worked with Willie McGhee and he made the process seemless. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed a sincere concern to my needs (wants) in my new 535i. I didn't feel forced into anything or rushed in the decision making process. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. If you are in the market to buy then I would highly recommend working with Mr. McGhee.

After purchasing a used BMW 328i from Passport a year ago, it was the first dealership I considered when deciding to upgrade to a new BMW X3. Both times at Passport, I was treated like royalty. My experience at Passport was great! My salesman was very attentive, easy going, friendly and gentleman. He made my experience very pleasant and took his time answering all my questions. There were a couple of incidents with my purchase but he followed they with getting things fixed to my liking. I would only say I wish the guys who cleaned the cars were as detailed as my salesman. John Erjavek- I had a great buying experience at Passport BMW over the weekend. Brandon Kim, my sales client advisor was very friendly and worked diligently to get the deal done.
