By far the best customer service we have experienced. We are pleased with the care and professionalism we got from Brandon. He made us feel like friends and not customers. I liked that he listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He made sure to cover all the features the vehicle had and answered all of my questions. I'm very happy with my car but I'm mostly happy knowing that I was treated with care and everytime I go to the dealership I will be treated just the same.

I purchased my first BMW from Passport in May 2002, an new 330i. The salesman wasn't the most friendly person I'd ever met, but the service on the vehicle throughout the warranty period and beyond was good. Mehrzad Ganjriz was very helpful during the research and sales process for my pre-owned BMW M3. When the car first appeared on the Passport BMW website, there were no pictures associated with it. Mehrzad volunteered to take pictures of the car and email them to me. A little extra effort that was not required, but appreciated. This was my first BMW purchase experience. The folks at Passport BMW, especially my salesperson Mehrzad, went above and beyond the normal customer service to make the entire experience a pleasant one. As an example of their customer service, on the day of my purchase I decided to add on a special coating for the interior/exterior for my new 535 xDrive.
