The sales person, Mehrzad, was very friendly and knowledgable. He took his time and patiently explained all the features of the car . We test drove the car and because of the skills of the salesperson, Mehrazd, we ended up buying the car from Passport BMW. Should add the friendliness of all staff particularly Jay Emadi, the finance manager who also was very professional and helpful.
The customer service received from this dealer, specifically from the salesman - Anthony Fegan, was impeccable. Mr. Fegan's exceptional customer service and communication skills went far beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Passport BMW and client adviser Brandon Kim. I did a considerable amount of shopping around for both of my BMW purchases and both times I chose Passport BMW. Anthony was patient and showed me multiple vehicles with different features and was very patient. Anthony showed me multiple vehicles that met my needs and desires. He did not try and sale me more vehicle than I needed. He was a very good salesman and valued my time.
