I live in Virginia and went to two local BMW dealerships. The one in Alexandria was terrible, no one even acknowledged me or assisted me. The other one wasn't bad, but wasn't great. Unfortunately I had just totaled my car and do to the rough economy, buying another luxury vehicle was challenging. JC worked with my situation and was very diligent in putting me in a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and a joy to work with.

If you are considering purchasing a new or pov bmw, it will be worth your time to visit John Dugan at Passport bmw. I tried giving my business 2 times to a dealership within 5 miles of my home, eventhough passport had been recommended to me,and finally purchased my vehicle from JohnDugan at Passport. Easy, direct and clear transaction! I got exactly what I wanted and found it to be a surprisingly pleasant and easy experience!
Ed and the team at Passport did a great job convincing me to drive 180 miles (from VA) to Maryland to close the deal and buy from them.
The customer service I received from Benny was excellent. He was friendly and sincere. He was also very patient, taking the time to ensure I purchased the right vehicle.
RSS- I bought a 528ix drive from Nan Wong at Passport BMW. First and far most, Nan is the best sales person I have ever met. She was professional and personable. She was not pushy or rude like some of the sales people I have come in contact wiith.
