I had been considering trading my 2000 328i for a couple of years and went to a few BWM and Acura websites in the DC area. Very positive buying experience. Brandon was knowledgeable about the car, stuck to what he told me about price before I came in and followed through after the sale, responding to my questions about the operation of the car. The dealership was impressively presented and Brandon and Jeff Steel, the finance/business employee, were professional and did not attempt to use high pressure tactics.
Price is reasonable. Facility is nice. After research for a few weeks I finally settled at Passport BMW. Brandon received me and showed me the cart I was looking for. Brandon is nice, knowledgable and professional who helped me cleared all my questions and arranged follow up services and offered great advice all the way. Ed of Passport BMW quoted me a very good price for the car I like. He showed his price and car options in detail upfront before I visited his office. What you heard from him is what you get from him. No surprise at the end like “oh, we need to charge you this / that” or “oh, everyone pays this / that” etc. Also, you don’t feel being pushed when working with Ed although of course every salesman wants to gain business. Called Passport to ask for their quote on BMW X1 with options. Their price was significantly below other dealerships. I went to the dealer that day and Mr. Ganjriz was very patient in discussing the car and options in great detail, even bringing several BMWs with specific options so I could gauge the value of the option. After a bad experience with another area BMW dealership, my wife and I decided to stop by Passport to look at the 2013 3 and 5 series. Even though we did not have an appt or notify them we were coming in, they treated us with friendly attitudes and great service. Our CA was nice and made every effort to answer all of our many questions. We ended up ordering our 2013 528i xDrive and patiently looking forward to its delivery in February.
A month ago I bought a 2013 328I, Brandon was my salesperson and after shopping around I decided to go with this dealer. At any moment I felt pressure to buy the car even after a test drive and a long conversation on the features of the car. It was VIP service.
