Ed Han and the staff at Passport BMW were extremely professional and friendly at both our visits to this dealership. They were very supportive during the time we were waiting for our vehicle order to be completed. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. The whole experience was pleasant and better than any previous car buying experience.
Im not much of a writer, but my recent experience at Passport BMW led me here. I could not have asked for a better sales person, Mehrzad Ganjriz, is an excellent salesperson he took the time to explain the vehicle, contract, and then the features in my car upon delivery (2012 BMW). Great Car Search/Buying experience with Mehrzad Ganjriz! I utilized USAA's Car Buying Service and Passport BMW was 1 of 7 BMW dealerships that contacted me. We started out with the BMW dealerships close to where we live in Hampton, VA, but didn't get anywhere and pricing was always an issue. This is the place to buy a BMW in the DC/Annapolis area. I wasted 2 weeks with Annapolis BMW trying to get a new car at the right price. They searched, but had difficulty finding a car with what I wanted on it. When they did find an acceptable car, their reactive instead of proactive approach resulted in the car going to another dealership. I had a very good experience buying my new BMW from Passport last month. My wife bought her BMW from this dealer 4 years ago. I was not sure I wanted a BMW, but it was definitely one of the cars i was considering when I started shopping for a new vehicle.
