Once I communicated to Mr Shah that I had made my decision (via phone) on a different BMW at another location, I was harassed and this is unacceptable. I'm the customer - and as such, I hope that someone communicates the value of this to Mr Shah. I have EVERY right to make a decision and should not be harassed for doing so. I would not recommend your dealership to anyone based on my experience-

I bought a 335i convertible. The price was negotiated through USAA, it should have been a quick experience, I already had the price negotiated, I already had financing approved. It took one hour and 45 minutes to get a price for my 2006 Lexus SC trade in. It has taken me six weeks to get the second key, and they the wrong key was delivered. The customer service and attention to detail at this dealership is missing. It it the one thing that you expect from a high end luxury dealership. I would not recommend them.

first of all my sales person was Berry Vermillion purchased 530i on 06-2008 was great sales person. Then it gets ugly was told if you dont drive a bmw it will knot up but knots will go away the more you drive it thought this was a little strange but hey he is the sales person and he should know the product. 2nd day of driving brakes was making horrible sound thought this was just brake dust I just could not see BMW selling a preowned with out checking everything out in this car. I found myself on the 3rd day checking under t... read more

Passport BMW is a horrible company. I bought my car from long distance, the only nice thing they did for me was pick me up from the airport. When I got to pick up my car, which I had not seen prior to this purchase, there were chunks taken out of the windows as if someone tried to break in the car and steal it. The salesperson, seemed shocked that I actually noticed that there was something wrong with the windows of the car. The manager, however, was nice and took care of the problem. But, since I have had the car, I have ha... read more

this is the 3rd CPO BMW i have purchased from this dealership and all 3 times it needed to go back to the dealer for repairs that should have been corrected during the inspection. last time, it took 5 trips (5 personal days off work for me) and its still not right. in fact, while driving home the X5, we were pulled over by the police for inoperative brake lights. turned right around and went back to the dealership, who put us in a loaner for over a week. and this was a certified pre-owned (CPO) car. can you imagine if it was... read more

Bought an X3 from this dealership via internet. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! Sent desired X3 specs direct to dealership off BMW website. Good price quote. Unfortunately no response to calls and very slow response to emails up after deposit. Had to show up with cheque to buy car after no response. Car lacked mats as ordered and had stains in back area. Offensively low trade-in quote on 2001 Audi which manager refused to explain. We sold it for $6K more than their offer. We were promised BMW Assist would be... read more

This has been one of the most horrific experiences I have had dealing with a high end car dealership. I leased a 2008 535i from Passport BMW and ofcourse, I was told such good things about the service department. Day 3 of the lease, I had to get the car towed since the car would not move from the Park position. They kept it for 2 weeks and when it returned, it had less than 2 miles gas available on it. I had to go and get gas from the gas station so I can drive it there for refuling. The car looked Dirty from the inside and ... read more

Service Dept employee who makes appointments is the Nastiest person Ive talk to at a customer servie organization. Very rude and hung up the phone in ear before I was finish with my call. This was my first experience with Passport, but with mployees like her it will most likely be my last.

I bought my car form Passport BMW on 07/15/2007, I have not driven it yet because it was not ready for sale. I went several times thinking the car would be ready, taking off from work but the same problems were there. I am extremly un satisfied!
