"Unscrupulous!" Service tech adviced I buy a $2,500 maintenance warranty because I would need brakes n rotors in about 4000 miles. The warranty would pay for itself with the service. After leaving the dealership I checked the service info it now says, service in 50,000. I took the vehicle back in to Passport and that same tech claims he never told that I would need brakes. "BMW recall experience. " Setting up the appointment was very easy...they were very flexible with dates.Michael Jenkins the service advisor explained the issue and importance of having it completed. The only experience I didn't like was the loaner car promise. They didn't have a BMW loaner car available and offer a Enterprise rental. When you own a 7 series, you don't want to drive a non Ultimate Driving Machine. And don't wait until the owner shows up to tell them you have no loaners. "Breach of Express warranty " Failed to keep promise to repair my car. Porsche stated they didnt properly service my car. Struts, engine mount, ignition coil, strut mounts faulty. Liars
Long story short I'm out of state and had a lease lined up at the end of December. Being that it was months end I was told the only way I can close that month instead of a book & return is to fly in (which I couldn't do on the holiday.) I was then told I'd get a call January 3rd which I haven't received and my deal would stand if the programs stayed the same (which they did, I already confirmed.) Would've rather have been told that they didn't want to do the deal and that would've saved me a lot of time.
Passport BMW service dept is a joke. Somebody called me and claims that my car is due for service and picked up my car on Monday. I found out later that they called me by mistake and that the service for my car was not due. My Advisor told me he was going to clean the interior of my car and also refill my gas and rotate my tires as a way to reimburse the mistake. You feel the real customer service here. I feel like I am in the hands of expertise when I got here all the time. I hate to name but, tried two other BMW dealers and they all are very bad. Alexandria BMW is the worst and I went to Bethesda as well they all are bad. Thank you Passport
Stay away from this place , I went in for a airbag light and came out with a broken hood,windshield, light and it's not their fault, really ? Refused to pay for all the damages done in their hands.the Manager is a piece of xxxx, apparently it's my fault because I trusted their employees my car and regret the minute i decided to go, I really hope karma gets to you soon
Checked out a CPO and was immensely frustrated by lack of professionalism. Definately felt like I was being gamed. Invested a significant amount of time researching the car. Made an appointment to buy it and it was sold right from under me. Then the salesman had the nerve to lie to me and seriously offend me. I leased a BMW and someone was buying a used Audi at this BMW dealer at the same time I was there. This used Audi was in the showroom with a giant bow on it and the BMW i was getting is parked in the garage?!?! I did most of the paperwork online but was never even offered a test drive before filling out the paperwork.
