"Unexpected "Used Car Dealership" Experience @Passport" I had a bad experience with Passport BMW in Maryland. First of all, the sales rep was not helpful, and he immediately assigned me to a BMW Genius after greeting and knowing that I'm interested in a CPO F30, as if he is saying I cannot waste my time on this small deal. "Post sales support is not good" I purchased a car and an extended warranty and had 30 days to cancel without a fee. The day after the purchase I decided I did not want the warranty because it was presented as a BMW warranty but it actually an overpriced after market warranty. It is now Feb 25 and the warranty company has no record of receiving the cancellation. The dealership does not return my calls. "Wrong Title and Bad Excuses " Working with this dealership is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. From bad excuses to receiving the wrong title, it has been my burden to follow up with them to get things completed. "Car presented well online and in person " Saw a 2016 BMW 428i grand coupe on Passport’s website on 8/18/19. On 8/19/19, drove the 2 hour trip from Pennsylvania to the dealership. Car looked as good in person (maybe better😊) as online and was priced to sell. Given fair price for my trade and drove off later the same day with temporary MD tag, MD registration, and MD inspection in tow. "The worst experience ever! On 10/2/19 at approximately..." The worst experience ever! On 10/2/19 at approximately 7:05pm, my mother and I walked in to tour and test drive an SUV that I was interested in and was prepared to purchase that night. "Horrible customer service " Do yourself a favor......never purchase a certified used vehicle from this dealership. We purchased a 2016 X5 over a month ago with some additional add on like the ceramic paint coating protection ($1200), extended warranty and service plan. To date nobody has followed up with us despite the multiple calls/emails we have made. "Best service BMW dealership!" I just recently moved to Maryland. I have a BMW 550i. One morning I saw a warning message says I need to add more motor oil to my engine. So I go to this BMW dealership on the way back home for them to check what's going on with my vheicle. The service person Stanisclaus, Kristan. gave me a free quart of oil and put it in the engine and schedule me a free loaner car and want me to come back for a engine check.
