2013 Z4 sdrive 35is It is very refreshing to find a dealership focused on pleasing the customer, Elmhurst BMW is that dealership. I was able to remotely arrange everything from vehicle information to financing, remotely, and complete the purchase process with minimal involvement and zero hassle. I would highly recommend this dealership and have recommended them to my friends.
Great experience Overall a very positive experience. The car was as-described to me (I came from out of state), staff was courteous, and the process was very quick and painless.
great certified purchase experience Worked with Eugene Royfe through the process, we set up the time to meet for the test drive over my lunch, worked through the numbers over email that afternoon and had everything ready to sign when I came back after work. The process was easy, and Eugene's responsiveness and professionalism were both exceptional. It was the simplest buying process I have experienced.
Great BMW Dealer Elmhurst BMW is a car dealer with professional, courteous staff. This dealer offers the best price on used cars in the Chicago area. Paperwork was easy because everything was almost ready to go while we were talking with our Sales person. Best deal on a 2012 BMW 750Li Of 159 BMW seven series certified cars on the BMW web sight this was the best deal. Delighted with it in the people at Elmhurst BMW. I've owned 10 BMW's and have never had a better smoother experience, though the second time I said I didn't want the maintenance contract on my certified car would've been enough

The Most Excellent Auto Purchasing, Ever! My husband and I walked into the Elmhurst BMW a few weeks ago, and we were allowed to walk around the showroom for a few minutes before we were approached by a salesperson. That, for one, was refreshing ! When Mr. Magnelli walked over to us, he welcomed us in and asked us a few questions about our day, then offered to give any assistance needed, then he gave us a respectable distance to look at the cars, without the aggressive sales position we all have experienced at car dealerships... read more
