Warranty Service Visit Mike Voiles in the Service Department was excellent. He is knowledgeable, relatable and straight-forward. I felt he was not trying overt up-sale techniques and was able to talk in plain English. He kept his promises. I?d rate him a 10.

Great experience buying my new X5 Visited several BMW dealerships and BMW Encinitas gave me the best deal on my new 2020 X5. Nobody could get even close to that. The specs I wanted, the color I wanted, the features I wanted. Everything was great. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Didn't have any issues. Special thanks to Yusen Shao and Stephen Sawyer for the great deal and awesome experience.

BMW X3 service 1. Waiting Room is mediocre for a luxury car BMW dealership. It is a disappointment. 2. Appointment was on at 7:30AM but the front entrance was closed for the waiting room and had to enter way in the in the back of the building . 3. Rest rooms for Women and Men were scattered.

ccordua@directivity.net Overall the experien was excellent. The sale person worked with me over the course of almost a month to help me find the car that my wife and I were looking for. He listened to my needs, and did a great job of showing me cars with considering until I found the right one. Finance also did a very good job with finalizing my purchase. Over all I was very satisfied with the experience.

BMW ENCINITAS BEST DEALERSHIP BMW ENCINITAS is the best dealership. Fun and knowledgeable team. Whatever you want they pretty much have...if not, they will work to get it. I just drove 2800 miles round trip to lease my new BMW and will travel again when this lease is over - they are just that awesome. BMW Encinitas has best vibe and delivers an outstanding experience!
