BMW of Encinitas, buying experience My sales person was excellent. Unfortunately, I've had post-delivery issues and management at this business seems interested ONLY in getting me to give them "10's" on their customer satisfaction survey, and NOT on addressing or solving my problems, which they said were "my fault" (definitely not true). Very disappointing. I'll never recommend them to a friend, or purchase another vehicle from this dealer.

Always great care and service I bought my BMW here ten years ago. They've always taken excellent care of my car for me. They are kind, honest and try their best to keep repairs affordable for me.

Not a luxury experience No a great buying experience for my wife's first luxury car purchase. The dealership is packed with cars but not much space for anything else. Even though we made an appointment to test drive a specific car it took over 30 minutes just to get it out of the lot because another car was parked in front of it. It took a total of 3.5 hours to lease the vehicle we already selected. We were not offered water or giving any updates as to what was going on. Bought a new X 5 My salesman was Andres Aldrete, who may be one of the best on earth. I have purchased over 14 BMWs and encountered countless salespeople and he was the most courteous, HONEST, and professional of all. I learned he is one of the top producers at Encinitas BMW and I understand why... Regarding the dealership, it is owned by AutoNation now and they are a first class, fair and well run operation. Terrible service JUST a place to buy cars. I brought a 3 series BMW with a salesman who barely talk to me, and does not know the car so much. Only he can says is " I am gonna ask my boss." Again and again. I give my price of a car, he asked his boss 5 times. "nope", "wait, let's me try again." "nope","wait, let's me try again." ...........then the boss came out, he ask me, "why you wants this price, and already give you discount!" lol, terrible services. If you wanna buy a car, do not go there.
Not friendly or helpful Rude. Seriously rude. I gave them a second chance and the staff is not friendly, not helpful. For a brand like BMW and for the price we pay for service, we are very disappointed in this location.

Great salesman. ...Jeremy Shadburn Came here few years back after seeing 07 335i convertible. called in and salesman name Jeremy S. took my info and stated he will send me pics of the car asap... within few hrs I got the pics and decided to go down to encinitas bmw to check out the car myself w/ my wife. met Jeremy in person and he was professional from the get go. DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THIS DEALER We bought a new x5 and the dealer also sold us an extended maintanence warranty. The next day we found the same warranty is more than $1000 LESS on BMW website. We contacted the dealer and was told to reimburce us the difference. More than 2 months past, we haven't received the check and the person didn't answer the calls nor return the messages.
