great purchase experience but poor follow up Jeremy was able to deliver the color of our choice on a new 328i by trading with another BMW dealer in Orange County. We got a good price and we're pretty happy with the buying experience. However, the follow up was mediocre. I never heard back after a week. Supposedly, someone should have called within the next few days after purchase to schedule an appointment to show us how to operate this new vehicle....
poor buying experience It was a very lengthy and unpleasant experience. We were quoted a incorrect price and the address was wrong on every piece of paper.

Avoid Encinitas BMW I rarely give a one star, but this is one such case where I believe it is warranted. I purchased a BMW Certified used X5. You get a 60 day warranty with your purchase. All went beautify for 70 days when the battery died on me for no apparent reason. I had it tested and they said it was a bad battery, likely the original from 2007, meaning it was never once replaced. When you purchase a used vehicle, you do not expect perfection. Run as fast as you can from this dealership The lack of professionalism at this dealership is overwhelming. I would highly recommend that you instead go to a dealership where your time is respected, there is integrity and you will not be treated with such a disdain for your business. I am sorry that I purchased my car at BMW Encinitas and not BMW of San Diego.
STAY AWAY Worst consumer experience of my life. Was completely mislead during negotiations. Really made me consider not even buying a BMW. I would not recommend this dealership.

Drove away with nothing Drove 30 miles north to look at their new and used inventory. I ended up talking to a very helpful dealer who knew his stuff. After talking and trying to work a deal on a new X1 we came to a stand still and I decided to leave. After a couple days they called me and said they were willing to make the deal we were trying to work. I scheduled a time and day to come up and that morning they called and confirmed my appointment.
