We traded our 550I in Sept 2020 for CPO 2018 X3 30M and put 30K on it before we traded on a 2023 X3 40M which we ordered and picked up at PCD in SC on 1/13/2023. Glenn Heiser was the best and easiest person to work with during both transactions. AJ Byrne in service is also another GREAT asset to the dealership AND the customer!

Don't expect a reasonable appraisal on your trade. If BMW of North Scottsdale (Penske) can't acquire your trade for a ridiculously low appraisal , they are not interested. Appraising one of the top 3 car makes that hold their value , $4k -$5k below KBB Wholesale Book is disrespectful. You can get much more ($$$$) elsewhere. Make sure you shop , do the research.
