Peter listened to us. He understood our goals of finding the best combination of low miles and remaining factory warranty within our price range. He searched the entire inventory of automobiles and clearly explained the options. We will revisit Peter when our 5-Series approaches our mileage limit and will trust his advice again.
The approach is transparent
Peter is very knowledgeable and genuine. He was very in-tune with exactly what I wanted in a used Z4. He has a very easy going nature and is not pushy. From a woman who hates the process of buying a new or used car, I would have to say that interacting with Peter made the experience pleasurable and hassle-free. This is our 2nd BMW and my first time working with BMW of N. Scottsdale. After doing my research online and finding the car I wanted, I got in contact with Peter Cramer and Jack Guthrie and set an appointment to come in for a test drive. I ended up driving the car home that night after only a few hours. Buying a car from them was honestly a pleasant, no hassle and informative experience, and I drove home feeling good about my purchase.
Steve Backman has been my service advisor for over 6 years and has helped me with service appointments, problems with my car and general advice as to what is imperative so far as immediate service is concerned. He always greets me in a friendly, yet courteous and professional manner. Steve takes the time to describe (in laymens terms) the service my vehicle requires. I've had the same car for 13 years and the only reason i was in the market for a new one was because my jeep wrangler did not have any A/C. So i was fairly new to the whole car buying process and had nothing specific in mind.
