I have purchased four BMWs from dealers over the Internet and I can say w/o any qualification that dealing with BMW North Scottsdale was the best buying experience I have had. Bob Atanasio is a SUPER guy and made the transaction totally painless. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

With years of Infiniti, Lexus, and Mercedes vehicles, this is my first BMW experience. North Scottsdale BMW has simply ouutstanding customer service and top-notch professionalism in their sales approach. No hassles. No bumping. Highly recommended! Bob was GREAT! Steve in Finance was GREAT! Dean in Parts was also GREAT! Tony also did an outstanding review of the car for me! One of if not THE best car buying experience I've had.

This was my first experience buying a car I found on the internet and being from out of state added to my apprehension. Bob quickly calmed my fears and made this my most enjoyable car purchase in 40 years. Joe worked with me for several hours to come to a deal that I could afford and was always extremly professional. I would recommend him to friends and family. Frank, in finance explained offers without being pushy, which is nice when you are at the last part of making a deal happen.

My overall experience was great! I was given all the attention I needed. They really worked with me to get the price I was looking for, later to find out it was actually going to be cheaper! Wow, what a surprise!! This was my first BMW, and, what can I say, I'm sold. Loyal customer from now on. My visit to BMW North Scottsdale was to buy a new battery. From the minute I pulled up I was greeted with a smiling face from the service person. He took all my information down and then walked me into to talk to my personal service person "Matt Martin". Matt explained to me what was going to happen and put me in a loaner car and sent me on my way. He told me he would check everything out. My salesman, Brad Reicks, is very knowledgeable and passionate about BMWs, which made it a pleasure to work with him in purchasing my first BMW. It took less than an hour to take a test drive and make a deal. I wish I could remember the name of the person that walked me through the features of the car when I picked it up because he did an outstanding job. He even took the time to set up the Bluetooth on my cell phone. The whole process was a very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend this dealership.

I have been dealing with Steve since I purchased my car in 2003. He has always treated me with the utmost respect and has been very honest and fair. Even if I didnt like the news he was giving me I knew that I could trust him because of his forthcoming nature.
