As nervous as I was, the staff was very friendly and reassuring. The experience was a bit lengthy. I got there in the morning and did not leave there till after 5pm. I was starving!!! They should provide some snacks along with the water they offer! Atleast I was well hydrated.
I received exceptional, friendly service, specifically from my sales rep, Shayne Roberts. The entire staff that I met is focused on outstanding customer service. The follow up was impressive.
I went in "looking" for a BMW and by the time I was done with the test drive I WANTED that car!! A huge thank you to Ed Fuentes for being so patient with us. Getting us the EXACT deal we were hoping for and for going the extra mile! In the last 22 years of buying cars we have NEVER had a salesperson deliver our car to us...an hour away! My car buying experience at BMW Visalia was fun and pleasurable due to the friendly,professional atmosphere each staff member showed. Exceeded my Expectations! I had been going back and forth between a New and Pre-owned. When I decided on pre-owned with certain options, I was told that I would have a hard time finding it. Shayne Roberts was very laid back, and for a moment, I did not think he as a salesperson. He was very low key and offered no pressure at all. We took a test drive, and there came out all of his skills!! He was totally knowledgeable about the car, that I felt that I was in a training class.
