I have always hated buying a car. I can't say this anymore. On Monday I purchased a 09 335i. I Love It! I never thought buying a car could be fun. Even when I'm spending almost 40K, I'm happy. My salesman Shayne Roberts, was very knowlegable, helpful and nice. I've been welcomed into the BMW family and so far, I'm loving every minute of it. I'll be sure to write a honest comment if things change in the future as it pertains to Customer service. I'm betting I'll only be more pleased in the future.
Purchased the all new 2012 3-series BMW for my fiance and she loved it. The car pratically sold itself but the team at BMW in Visalia made it very easy to own one. Shayne Roberts and Mike Castro worked very hard to find us the right car we liked and to make it fit our budget. They also work with our busy work schedules and I really appreciated that.
