I used BMW's website to spec the car I wanted, then I contacted my insurance agency for the dealer invoice information. I then contacted fleet managers around California for the best price. The dealerships that initially promised just a few hundred over invoice turned out to be lying-- they were not ready to order the car, they told me the model was unavailable, etc. Other dealers, when they learned that I wanted a 328i Xdrive sportwagon, tried to talk me out of the car, or said they would charge list. Very fast and very freindly, they got me in the car I wanted with no hassle, no lies the BMW team made it happen. I have purchased two vehicles from them so far and as always the same excellent service.
Took no time at all to find us in the parking lot, answered all questions. Friendly . Made some coffee (no donuts) Castro had car washed twice.

Overall I had a very positive, no-hassle buying experience. Shayne was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The team really put in the time and effort to get me the car I wanted in as short as time possible. I was pleased and excited to drive off the lot in my brand new Imperial Blue 328i BMW!
Overall experience was great. It was an easy going and smooth process. My Husband and I did not feel pushed or pressured in any way. I went into this dealership knowing very little about BMWs and Shane Roberts was bery patient and helpful explaining all of the. Arious technologies available to me. I was taken for a test drive and even lent the car for the night to get a true feel for it before purchase.
