WHEN YOU GO SHOPPING FOR A NEW CAR THE DREADED PART IS DEALING WITH THE SALESMAN. SHAYNE AT VISALIA BMW MADE OUR EXPERIENCE SO PLEASANT. HE WAS NOT PUSHY IN ANY WAY, HE GAVE US TIME TO MAKE OUR DECISION. SINCE IT WAS AFTER 5PM WHEN WE PURCHASED OUR VEHICLE HE SCHEDULED A SATURDAY FOR US TO COME IN FOR OUR NEW CAR TO BE DETAILED ON A WEEKEND SO WE WOULDNT HAVE TO TAKE MORE TIME OFF OF WORK. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO BUY FROM VISALIA BMW.
We had a wonderful experience while at Visalia BMW! Walking onto the lot we were approached by Frank and I immediately liked him! He was helpful in showing us features of the car and very knowledgeable, as we decided what we really wanted he helped us along in comparing different options. We had an over all wonderful experience.

We went in to BMW of Visalia to check out a car they had listed on Auto Trader. As soon as we arrived, Frank Acosta approached us and let us take the car for a test drive (a BMW Z4). We loved the car and decided we were going to drive it home. I had been researching Mini’s online and was driving by and saw one parked on the street. I stopped in to take a look around and Mr. Ed Fuentes came out to greet me. Mr. Fuentes is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I ended up buying the Mini and am extremely happy with it. I went in to get my son's car serviced and met Shayne while I was waiting . I was about to replace my current convertible but was undecided on which make to get. He showed me the convertibles on the lot , was very informative and followed up with me several times. Although I ended up finding a specific pre-owned car at another dealership , I would definitely call on Shayne in the future for a new BMW .
The overall experience was great. I went to the dealership not expecting to buy a car, but wound up driving one home. Shayne was very knowledgable, helpful, and patient. I also had a good experience with the service department. Everyone I've met there has been helpful and friendly.
