We have had multiple cars, both domestic and imported. When considering options for our latest addition, we had no doubt that we would be returning to Daniels BMW where we have dealt with Chris Mesch for two other BMW purchases. I am very pleased with the 2011 X5 Diesel that I purchased. And YES, I would recommend both the rep and dealership even to discuss what vehicles to consider!
This was the second car I had purchased from Carrie, she was great to work with and understood exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect car for me again :) When its time for next car I plan on calling Carrie again. I have also referred family and friends to buy cars from Carrie!
I have owned my 2011 X5 almost a month now. The experience of ownership and driving a BMW has only been enhanced through the efforts of Daniels BMW and my Client Advisor, Dick Hughes. When I first made contact with Daniels via the BMW USA website, Dick answered all my questions and even extended an invitation to the BMW Ultimate Driving Event on June 26. We bought a certified pre-owned 328 from David Hackett. He was great to work with - very knowledgeable BMW enthusiast who believes in the product and actually drives one too (I am typically turned off by salesmen who don't even drive the kind of car they sell). He stayed 2 hours after the dealership closed to deliver our car (and he was completely thorough) and he did an excellent job of staying in touch after we took delivery of the car to address any questions or concerns we had. This is the second new BMW I purchased from Mark at Daniels BMW, and I was happy to return even though I now live near Delaware. Mark is pleasant, easy to work with, and offers a competitive deal. He completed nearly all of the paperwork before I arrived to pickup the car, so all I had to do was sign a few papers before he spent some time with me to learn about all the great features of my new car.
