I previously owned a 2001 330ci that was approaching 100,000 miles and felt it was time to trade up to something newer. My partner had purchased a 2006 325i 4 door from a local dealer and I was thinking of something 2008 or newer in a 2 door. We had driven by Daniels many times and knew they had a large inventory. Third purchase from Mark .. always quick, courteous and knowledgable of the product. Quality of work - Mark tells it like it is, even the first purchase he didn't try to lure us in by telling us what we may have wanted to hear and then give a different version. Honest and straightforward and very friendly. Always greets us when we are in for a service if he sees us. Dealership is very competetive in new car pricing and tradein values even though the only dealer in the area. I compare with other dealers within 50 mile radius.
My experience at Daniels has been very positive. Gregory is simply "excellent". Our questions and concerns were addressed and I must mention that this is our third purchase at Daniels. If you looking for excellent customer service and satisfaction ask for Greg.

Carrie was a WONDERFUL salesperson! She made us feel so welcome and the whole experience was totally unpressured and great! The delivery process was easy and fast. The car was impeciby cleaned, gassed up and ready to go. Hope all your salespeople are as great as she is!
I was extremely pleased with the Salesmen Gregory that I worked with. I felt he was attentive and patient to learn the specifics of what my desires where and tailored a vehicle to meet those specifics. These shared items were not not substantial enough to break the deal, but warrant a mention for others to know about. I am disappointed in that my request to provide at a minimal excellent Kelly Blue Book value was not honored, but I do understand the nature of business. I do not often write reviews, but felt my experience with Daniels was so outstanding that it would be wrong not to. Greg Clarke was my sales person. He was very patient, and spent many hours showing me cars and answering my many questions. He was always professional, returning calls quickly( I called a lot). I have purchased many cars in my life. I must say, my experience at Daniels BMW was the best ever. My sales person, Jeffrey Pecsek , was great! He was very patient, informative and professional. He provide me with a better than fair trade-in value and purchase price for the car I bought. Also, the car looked great when we arrived for delivery. I would certainly purchase from Jeff and Daniels BMW again. I would also refer friends and family as well.
My wife and I recently moved back to the Lehigh Valley for a job relocation after 6 years in the New York City area. I drove 4 hours from VA to make my vehicle purchase from Daniels; as their price was lowest by far in a 200 mile radius on a slightly used M5. They offered me a fair trade in value over the phone, sight unseen. My buying experience was very positive. Everybody I dealt with at Daniels were extremely courteous and professional. My Sales Consultant was very knowledgeable; he took the time to explain all the details and features of the vehicle. This was my first BMW experience, and Daniels made it very smooth and enjoyable.
