I was impressed with the way the salesperson Carrie Zedar handled the entire process. I had left to look at another car that I was considering. At the other dealership I could not even get in touch with the salesperson and waited around for over half an hour. This is not acceptable in day and age with so many forms of communication at your finger tips. My wife and I have been to many car dealers and found our experience with Brad Gerhart at Daniels BMW refreshing. Each visit we received a prompt, friendly greeting. David is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, not pushy at all, and above all else: professional. My experience at Daniels was very good. I went to some other luxury dealers in the area ( Lexus and Infiniti. Going to other dealerships like Honda, Toyota, Nisssan is a joke. They're all high pressure, greasy salesmen. Luxury dealerships are so much more laid back ) but Daniels was the best, though the Lexus dealership was good experience as well. I was really impressed with the way Brad listened and helped me to find a good fit. The service was exceptional and I felt like I could trust him and everyone that I met at the dealership. I think they gave me a good deal and an overall excellent value.

I FOUND EVERY ASPECT OF MY BUYING EXPERIENCE AT THIS DEALER POSITIVE. I WAS NOT PRESSURED IN ANY WAY, ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED FULLY, I WAS ABLE TO GET EXACTLY THE MODEL I WANTED. CHRIS EVEN HELPED ME OUT BEYOND THE CSALL OF DUTY IN HANDLING MY OLD VEHICLE (WHICH I KEPT AND DID NOT TRADE). EVEN THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. I DID NOT PAY FULL STICKER, AND RECEIVED A SUBSTANTIAL DISCOUNT FROM THAT STICKER, WHICH I DID NOT EXPECT WHEN BUYING FROM A BMW DEALER EVEN IN THESE TROUBLED TIMES!

Great overall experience. Our salesman Jeffrey P. was incredibly patient as my wife and I made our decision. He allowed us plenty of time to talk by ourselves and was informative but never pushy. Additionally his knowledge of the car was outstanding. Even after he had made the sale he took about 45 minutes to help us set up our auto-adjust seats and explain all of the controls. The dealership was impeccable and we were provided with drinks and snacks. Even our interaction with the finance department was relaxed and smooth.

I received excellent service for my multiple visits to Daniels to decide on the correct vehicle. The salespeople were extremely patient with me! Additionally, when I picked up the vehicle, it was the most efficient process I ever experienced. (And they entertained my toddler as well).
