I am a repeat customer to both Daniel's BMW and Mark Sackett. He is outstanding, respectful,knowledgable,and met my needs for both purchases. I will be back again and again. He is a top notch sales person and an ideal representative for the Company. The car was a fair price, delivered early, and was prepared very well. Mark knows his product and did a great job orienting his to the new car's features.

During my numerous experiences at the dealership, Ms Lorish is knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance, has a keen eye for detail, polite to all of her customers and co-workers, is very intelligent, friendly no matter how her day is going, accommodating wherever possible, is personable and outgoing. I am more than pleased with the attention I have recieved from Ms Lorish and the other personnel I have had contact with at the dealership and have recommended Daniels to friends.

Daniel's is the best for service and sales. A great facility, knowledgable and friendly employees, great service and attention to detail. They go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction; made sure a loaner car was available even without an appointment When our car wouldn't start. Your car is always washed before return, courtesy inspections are done on every visit and they keep you informed of your car's status. Too bad more dealers (of any make) can't figure out their attention to detail and quality strategy.

Service was OK - Gelsey was polite but in a kind of smarmy insincere way. At least they washed it and car was taken care of properly. Big brand new place so easy to tell where all the $$ you spend is going! I'll be shopping around for a good BMW service even though I got my car there...

I have had my 325i serviced at Daniels for many years with Joe Millington as my service advisor. Over the years, Joe has always advised me of what is needed to keep my car at peak performance, things I would have never though of or known about. He has pointed out things that, although minor at the time, could become problems later. Thus saving me both down time and a more costly repair. What a pleasure dealing with Dave Hackett. This is my first BMW and I am completely smitten with it. My husband races (tracks) a 2002 BMW M3 and absolutely loves it, so I thought why not !! Daniels is a first rate dealership...no pressure...very friendly. Dave is the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with.

Working with Chris Mesch was a real pleasure, and i would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a first-class guy working in a first-class dealership, selling first-class cars !! In fact, when I was first looking at buying a new car, i was all set on buying a Lexus....but decided at the last minute to take a closer look at the BMW. I'm glad I did,as Daniels BMW (and Chris) was heads above the Lexus dealership.

Absolutely best, most professional, most comprehensive patient and professional experience at any dealership, and any BMW dealership. Carrie worked with me to find the right model, and continues to explain the many features of the car. Carrie is also helping me recondition my previous BMW - service above and beyond the role of sales.
