"Worked to bring me joy" Went to dealer to check out what model bmw I may be interested in buying. I had no appointment so an all call to sales staff as I walked in was what I got. Sabrina came forward and she listened to what I was there for and got me started with test driving a a couple cars. When I decided which one was the one she worked several deals with payments and also lease options. She was a delight to work with and all in all I was happy with the whole process.

"Great service " Very helpful, did best to get me best price, offered me rebate from the first phone call , which I did not receive as good as this rebate at other bmw dealers.

"Great experience" Always go back to John Kapousis. Great service and very honest guy. We have always loved every vehicle that we have gotten from JK. ( we are in double digits ). If you want a BMW. This should be your first and only stop.

"The absolute best service, exceeded my expectations by..." The absolute best service, exceeded my expectations by far. I had turned in my lease from another dealer and was without a car to pick up my new lease BMW. My friend was working but planned to take me to the dealer. Audrey managed to take the SAV I requested out of loaner status, put It on hold for a week, and was so thoughtful and considerate she called me and made arrangements for the BMW genius to pick me up for the the lease signing appointment. "Great Service" Fantastic service. Called my service rep Chen and he had an appointment for me within 24 hours. Dropped off my car at 8 am and had it back the same day. Sam is a great mechanic.

"I have been doing business with Erhard for over 20 years...." I have been doing business with Erhard for over 20 years. In that time I have bought a half dozen cars from them for myself and members of my family. The entire ownership experience is absolutely first rate. From purchase to service I have never been disappointed. Consistency is the hardest thing to achieve in business and Erhard has mastered it at the highest level.
