"Great Dealer...Great service ...BMW ownership: yech!!!!" Have difficulty understanding the love affair with BMWs. Over priced... over rated ... poor resale...expensive parts and service. In 28,000miles (after warranty} A/C controller failed...Seat track failed ...ABS Module Failed...Traction Control Module failed...multiple repeat "Check Engine Lights". Thankfully out standing dealerships like Erhard and Service advisors like Bob Ufolla take the "bite" out of owning a BMW.

"Terrific Dealership !" All of the people there are terrific from the sales group to the service people. Ryan Cornell is one of the Excellent Service Advisers there who goes the extra mile to be sure the customer is satisfied. "Excellent Service Department Representative" Bob Ufolla is one of the best service advisors I have encountered. "Excellent Customer Service" Chen is the best Customer Service Adviser. He is no nonsense and takes care of his customers. The entire service staff is accommodating and friendly. The moment you pull your car in, you are greeted and taken care of.
