"Visited for Oil Change" They performed free inspection and car wash with Oil Change. I really had a negative opinion on Premium Car Showrooms for high costs for simple things, but upto now, they have been doing well and cheaper when compared to outside for Oil Change, they use BMW grade oil.

"My experience with Mike Hood was and always has been..." My experience with Mike Hood was and always has been terrible. I think Mike Hood is a racist. He told me today to go somewhere else and have my breaks done since that's what I did before. I'm having a problem with my car that's under guarantee and Mike Hood keeps blowing me off because he doesn't want to honor the warranty!
"Phone response very slow." The dealership is fine, BMW northern headquarters not so much. This is our first and last BMW 86,000 miles and the plastic timing chain tensioner broke destroying the motor This is a common problem the factory knows about. These motors were built between 2011 to 2017 the N20 beware if you have one because the factory said to bad. I drive a 2008 Lincoln MKX,right now I have 270,000 miles on it and it burns 1/2 quart oil between oil changes and gets 28 MPG. ZERO problems with the motor. Guess what m... read more

"Next time please make sure car has gas & show driver how..." Next time please make sure car has gas & show driver how loaner works! Spent too much time sitting at dealer learning different gear shifter than my car has, adjusting mirrors & then had to stop in 20 miles to get gas. Seriously! I had an app but yet took advisor 30 min to get me out the door with my loaner. Why!?
"Do not honor deals" This dealership will sell a car right out from under you without even informing you of this. Avoid terrible customer service and very rude sales managers!
"Terrible attitude" I was really looking forward to buying my second BMW from this dealership. However, when I came back in (with a very large down payment) to negotiate the price and complete the deal the salesman did not even try to hide his irritation. When I didn't accept their negotiated price he got an even bigger attitude and walked away...no "thank you for coming in" or "Sorry we couldn't work it out."
